LeeAnn began working for Baldwin in 1997 in the corporate office performing a variety of duties including the management of two commercial buildings for the owner.
As a newlywed in 1990, LeeAnn’s experience with homeowner associations began when she and her husband became homeowners. Being an association homeowner gave her valuable experience in understanding community living.
LeeAnn joined CACM (California Association of Community Managers) in June 2011 and earned her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation in January 2012. She continues her education in the HOA industry by attending legal and related seminars.
She manages a wide range of clients. Her portfolio consists of homeowner associations, commercial and single family properties. She is passionate about her career in the HOA industry.
LeeAnn is the mother of two children. She was a Girl Scout leader and assists her husband who is a Scoutmaster. She enjoys a good book or play and loves visiting with family and friends.
