Gordon Maddock opened Baldwin Real Estate Services in 1973. Over the years the corporation grew to have successful Real Estate offices in Pasadena, Glendora, and Arcadia. Baldwin Real Estate Management is an outgrowth of that sale business.
In March of 2009, Baldwin Real Estate Services was sold to Dilbeck Real Estate. Gordon Maddock retained the management division and it remains Baldwin Real Estate Management, with a new office at 50 East Foothill Blvd in Arcadia.
