Christi has been associated with Baldwin Real Estate Management for over 20 years. During this time she managed properties for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America and other financial institutions. She coordinated all maintenance issues for the properties from complete indoor rehabs including plumbing and electrical work, landscaping and health and safety issues.

Christi has applied this valuable experience to the management of common interest developments and income properties.

She is a member of the State wide organization, California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and is proud to hold their CCAM designation. Christi is also licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate. Maintaining the designation and license requires hours of continuing educational courses. She regularly attends law seminars and various webinars to stay abreast of  industry changes.

Christi spends her free time with family and friends.
